This piece is the perfect size for a smaller room. We struggled to find any media stand that would fit a corner of our room. It's great looking and the instructions are pretty good (relative to other put together furniture). Drawer rolls out nicely, and color is great. Holds our 40" flat screen tv perfectly. Could hold a 42" but probably no bigger than that.

First, this piece looks amazing. The wood is solid and gorgeous. The styling is modern and sleek. It looks like I paid so much more than I actually did. I walk in the room and just want to stare at it. The bottom drawer holds many DVDs and other related items.
Second, there is a minor flaw. It won't hold my DVD player. The component shelf has two holes for components that measure about 16.5 inches each. My DVC player is 17. Boo.
Finally, the description says it can hold up to a 40 inch TV, however we have a 37 and I don't see how anything larger would look good. As it is now, the 37 inch is pretty much flush with the edges. Works for us just fine, but if we had a bigger TV, I think it would look odd.
All in all, I'm very impressed with the piece. Just be mindful of the component hole limitations before you purchase.
